is the new name of Lugana Brut, the sparkling wine made from Turbiana grapes from Pasini San Giovanni which, starting from 1981, has helped to write the wine identity card of the Pasini family.
In homage to its first year of life, 1981, the name underscores the pioneering spirit of Pasini San Giovanni, which has been dedicated to sparkling wine for over forty years, with particular attention to bottle fermentation and indigenous grape varieties.
Noble, versatile, and strongly identifiable, Ottantuno continues the tradition of Lugana Brut, generous in its pleasantness and possessing a captivating drinkability. Ottantuno: the classic method of Lugana, vibrant and elegant Classic Method Sparkling Wine obtained from Turbiana grapes, cultivated in our Lugana vineyards since the late seventies.
It undergoes bottle fermentation for at least 18 months.
Soft in effervescence, it has a fresh acidic vein that supports a good structure and a juicy fruitiness.
