Blend: Rebo 80%, Cabernet S. 10%, Merlot 10%
Yield per hectare: 90 – 100 quintals Vinification
Manual harvest in crates, destemming of the grapes with minimal pressing of the berries, long maceration, alcoholic fermentation carried out by selected yeasts. Organoleptic analysis: Very deep ruby color, very ripe red fruit, tobacco and spices. Aging: In concrete vats for 12 months and subsequent rest in the bottle.
