Santalucia - Extra Brut Riserva "Brolo Dei Longhi"

GRAPES: 100% Chardonnay

VINEYARDS: The grapes come from the "brolo," a vineyard surrounded by walls where the best products were cultivated, of the seventeenth-century Palazzo Longhi in the heart of the village of Erbusco, 1.83 hectares of breathtaking beauty characterized by a particularly favorable microclimate in the heart of Franciacorta.

TRELLISING SYSTEM: Guyot

YIELD: 40 hl/ha

HARVEST: By hand with careful selection of the grapes and transport in small crates.

WINEMAKING: Soft pressing and slow fermentation at controlled temperature. The base wine obtained is destined for this reserve only in years where its extreme elegance and refinement are exalted. Aging on the lees in the bottle for a minimum period of 60 months.

ALCOHOL: 13% vol

DOSAGE: 3 g/l

TASTING NOTES: Brilliant golden color and delicate and enveloping perlage. Harmoniously fruity aromas with hints of hazelnut and citrus.
On the palate, pronounced flavors of honey and candied lemon. Long and persistent finish.

PAIRINGS: Perfect with shellfish as well as spicy and exotic dishes.
