Hirundo Martinotti Method
Hirundo Martinotti Method
Perhaps the first sparkling wine made from Turbiana grapes.
Through a long autoclave fermentation using the "Italian method" (also known as Martinotti or Charmat), this full-bodied and structured sparkling wine is born.
Produced with Turbiana grapes harvested manually to obtain a good sparkling base, it has been made since the 1970s and therefore represents one of the very first (if not the first) experiences of sparkling wine production using the Martinotti method with Turbiana grapes.
In addition to its traditional use as an aperitif, it is an excellent choice as an all-around meal wine.
