SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries in Italy take 1-3 working days with express courier. In smaller locations and on the Islands, deliveries occur in 2-4 working days. Orders placed by 14:00 are shipped the same day and delivered the next working day in 70% of cases. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is taken over by the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking link to follow every stage of the shipment.
We also ship to the United States; contact us for a quote on costs and delivery times.
COURIERS USED
For express shipments, we use couriers GLS, SDA, UPS, DHL.
We also inform you that it is possible to place an order and pick it up directly in-store.
INSURED SHIPMENTS
Our shipments are always insured in case of damage, theft, or loss to protect our customers to the maximum.
SAFE PACKAGING
Our orders are shipped in cardboard packaging made from 70% recycled and fully recyclable materials, tested and patented for the optimal transport of wine and spirits. We have chosen to completely eliminate plastic from our packages and to use the minimum amount of paper, ensuring maximum safety for the bottles while minimizing our environmental impact.
SHIPPING COSTS IN ITALY
Shipping costs are free for orders over € 69.00. Gift vouchers are delivered via email and do not count towards the minimum order threshold for free shipping. Below €69, the shipping costs are € 19.00.

Shipping costs are free for orders over € 149.00. Gift vouchers are delivered via email and do not count towards the minimum order threshold for free shipping. Below € 149.00, the shipping costs are € 19.00.
DELIVERIES
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday generally between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We recommend providing an address where someone is always present, such as a reception, an office, or a trusted store.
If different delivery instructions are given (e.g., leave the package in front of the mailbox/at the door), the courier does not assume responsibility for any issues that may arise.
IMPORTANT: If you receive a damaged or tampered package or in the case of a partial delivery, report the anomaly by writing the word “RESERVE” on the delivery document that the courier will have you sign and specify the type of anomaly encountered.

In case of delays in delivery, you can contact us within 5 days from the order date to allow us to carry out the necessary checks with the courier.
