Soil: lean, gravelly, and dry from the morainic hills of Lake Garda.
Production per hectare: about 80 quintals.
Winemaking: the grapes are macerated for 6/7 hours at low temperature (5-6°).
The alcoholic fermentation takes place under controlled temperature.
Harvest: manual picking.
