The company believes in its territory and in the olive-growing potential of Lake Garda. The olives, ripening between late October and early November, are harvested and pressed on the same day to preserve the aroma and the characteristic sweet taste of the oil with very low acidity.

Color: Green with yellow hues.
Aroma: fruity of fresh olives and delicate scent of almond.
Medium-light olive fruitiness.
Flavor: predominantly sweet, with a slight hint of bitterness and spiciness.
Acidity: very low (0.2% - 0.3%)
