FLAVOR-COLOR: Extra virgin olive oil “Elevato,” a fantasy name, of particular value characterized by a singular freshness, is obtained from the timely milling of olives harvested before full ripeness, resulting in notes of green olive with distinctly herbaceous and aromatic hints; on the palate, it is bold and pungent. Our blend consists of the following varieties: “Casaliva,” “Leccino,” “Pendolino,” “Frantoio.”
