Ca’ d’Oro Garda DOC Cabernet Sauvignon
Characteristics
It is a Cabernet Sauvignon with an intense ruby red color, featuring a slightly herbaceous aroma. The dry and velvety bouquet is dominated by flavors of blackberry and raspberry with slight vegetal hints. The full-bodied structure is enhanced by aging in wood, highlighting a broad and persistent finish. It is ideal with game dishes and aged cheeses.
Winemaking
Destemming of the grapes and red winemaking (with the skins) in a steel fermenter. During fermentation, continuous pumping over and delestage are performed. Racking and gentle pressing of the fermented pomace.
Aging
6/7 months in steel before being transferred to small oak barrels (225-liter barriques) where it will rest for 24 months.

8,000 / 9,000 kilograms / hectare
