Poetic, bold, and romantic
The Valtènesi Riviera del Garda Classico D.O.P. Chiaretto has been named Roseri for the delicacy of its aroma reminiscent of a rosebud.
It is obtained from the vinification of the four red grape varieties from the Garda region: Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese, and Barbera. Once harvested and left to cold macerate at low temperatures, these grapes yield a must rich in elegance and body.
It is called the wine of one night because historically, to obtain its characteristic pink color, it was left in contact with its skins for one night. The particular structure obtained in this way gives this Chiaretto a greater longevity, even for several years, always maintaining its fragrance intact. From the clayey soils of the lower Garda region, it takes on a savory taste and a floral aroma that pairs well with lake dishes.
