Winemaking White winemaking, gentle pressing and extraction of only the free-run must. Fermentation at low temperature, aging of the wine for 8 months in stainless steel tanks. Refermentation in the bottle and resting on selected yeasts for 40 months.
Organoleptic characteristics The wine presents itself with a bright straw color of medium intensity.
On the nose, it is fragrant, immediate, fresh, inviting, with delicate white floral notes and orange blossoms, fruity with hints of apricot and peach.
On the palate, it is savory and has a good balance of acidity and sweetness, with varietal notes of almond and hay.
Of medium softness with a perception of lively effervescence. The wine is of medium length, finishing with a fruity aftertaste that recalls the olfactory sensations and is slightly bitter, related to the characteristics of the grape variety.
