BRUT SPARKLING WINE CLASSIC METHOD SPARKLING WINE
The grapes, hand-picked and gently pressed, ferment at controlled temperatures. The second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method, followed by aging on the lees for 36 months, gives the wine complexity and finesse. The disgorgement, with a dosage of 6g/l, balances the acidity and provides a fresh and persistent finish. After further aging in the bottle, the sparkling wine is ready to be enjoyed.
