Vinification
Destemming and soft pressing. Clarification and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel with aging for a few months on the lees. Malolactic fermentation not carried out.
Organoleptic characteristics
Pale yellow color with golden reflections. Elegant and complex with floral notes, thyme, chamomile, up to tropical notes of grapefruit and passion fruit. Soft and savory on the palate, with a good structure and a long aromatic persistence.
