VINIFICAZIONE:
COLORE : Giallo paglierino con riflessi verdognoli.
PROFUMO : Fruttato e complesso con spiccata mineralità .
GUSTO : Sapido, fresco, piacevolmente salino e vellutato con leggero retrogusto di mandorla amara.
GASTRONOMIA : Si accompagna agli antipasti ed al pesce di mare e di acqua dolce. Ottimo come aperitivo. Servirlo a 10° C
