Vinification

Long maceration on the grape skins with frequent pump-overs, malolactic fermentation carried out in wood, Aging in medium-toasted French/American oak tonneaux for 12 months and subsequent refinement in the bottle.

Organoleptic characteristics

Intense ruby red color. Complex and intense on the nose with notes of red fruits, plum, cherry, and berries. Spicy with notes of vanilla, cloves, and black pepper. Hints of aromatic herbs like bay leaf. On the palate, it is dry, warm, and tannic, with good structure and long persistence.
