The red wine Botticino DOC Cobio is a wine aged in French oak barrels, with an ethereal aroma with spicy nuances and a dry, robust, full and harmonious taste.

This "COBIO" wine comes from the homonymous plot of land, light and rich in fossils in Botticino Mattina. The vineyard is located at 500 meters above sea level. Here, the ideal microclimate and the constant breeze that prevents moisture stagnation, combined with the remarkable agronomic experience of the owner Benedetto, allow for a low environmental impact pest control and harvesting when the grapes are perfectly ripe, significantly reducing the use of added sulfites in the wine.
