Fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures and aging on the lees for about 6 months with periodic batonnage. Stabilization and bottling with a few months of aging.
COLOR: slightly golden straw yellow
AROMA: fruity aromas with hints of peach, apricot, and honey.
TASTE: full, savory, and mineral, harmonious.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5%
